These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bda9 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

bda9 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file and will be effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bda9 ("the Operator", "we", "us", "our"). Access to and use of the Platform is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By creating an account you acknowledge that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and that you are at least 21 years of age.

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following conditions to be eligible to use the Platform:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting in your personal capacity.
2. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
3. You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of bda9 or any of its affiliated companies.
4. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on the bda9 platform or have had a bda9 account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

To use the Platform you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information held on your account and must notify bda9 promptly of any changes. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account. Opening or operating multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balance.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations and to comply with anti-money laundering requirements, bda9 may request identity and address verification documents before permitting withdrawals. Required documents may include one or more of the following:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposit (screenshot of the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account in your name).
• Any additional documentation that bda9 deems necessary for compliance purposes.

bda9 treats all submitted documentation with strict confidentiality and processes it solely for the purpose of identity verification and regulatory compliance. Documents are stored securely and are never shared with third parties except where required by law.

bda9 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of any required KYC verification. bda9 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

bda9 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or where the account has not satisfied applicable KYC requirements. In such cases bda9 will notify the player and may request additional documentation to resolve the matter.

bda9 offers a welcome bonus and periodic promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and must meet the applicable rollover requirement before any portion can be transferred to the withdrawable cash balance.
• The standard rollover requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x the bonus amount. Individual promotion terms may specify a different rollover multiplier.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash before rollover requirements are met, or used in conjunction with other bonus offers unless the promotion explicitly permits combination.
• bda9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and to void bonus winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of system errors, or breach of these Terms.

Players who have opted out of marketing communications or who have activated responsible gaming limits that restrict deposits may not be eligible to receive promotional bonus offers. Eligibility for each promotion is confirmed within the specific promotion terms.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the rules applicable to the specific sport, event, or game in question. By placing a bet or entering a game, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules. bda9 publishes sport-specific and game-specific rules within the relevant sections of the Platform.

Bets are final once confirmed. In the event of a manifest error (including incorrect odds caused by a technical malfunction or human data entry error), bda9 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the original account balance. bda9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a manifest error that is corrected in accordance with this provision.

Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time without notice, including during an event, at bda9's sole discretion. Any bets placed on markets that are voided due to suspension will have their stakes refunded. Winnings from bets placed immediately before a suspension that are later deemed to have been placed with knowledge of a material event outcome may be voided.

bda9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from the account settings section and can be activated at any time. Once a self-exclusion or cooling-off period is activated, it cannot be reversed until the specified period has elapsed.

Gaming on bda9 is intended solely for entertainment purposes. It should never be used as a means of generating income, addressing financial difficulties, or recovering previous losses. Players who believe that their gaming activity is becoming problematic are encouraged to activate the available responsible gaming tools or to contact our support team directly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to facilitate any transaction connected with criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet, including chip-dumping in poker or table games.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage, including the deliberate exploitation of any bonus misconfiguration.

bda9 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited activity. Where prohibited activity is identified, bda9 may share relevant information with third-party fraud prevention services, law enforcement agencies, and other gaming operators as permitted by applicable law.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of bda9 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit, or otherwise exploit for commercial purposes any portion of the Platform without express written consent from bda9. You must not use any automated data gathering, extraction, or scraping tools in connection with the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bda9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if bda9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bda9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform may be suspended without notice for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. bda9 shall use commercially reasonable efforts to restore Platform availability as promptly as possible in such circumstances.

bda9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review the full Privacy Policy at any time via the link in the site footer.

bda9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, bda9 encourages players to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. All player complaints received by bda9 will be acknowledged within 48 hours and investigated in good faith. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure published on the Platform.
